Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 28th day of January , 19 85 . The following members were present: Mayor Davenports Councilmembers Crain, Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou. The following members were absent: none Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 85- 103 AMENDING POLICY RELATING TO ORIENTATION OF COMMISSIONERS WHEREAS, the Council has previously adopted a Policy Relating to Orientation of Commissioners to City Advisory Commissions; and WHEREAS, the Council believes that the successful and proper functioning of a board or commission will in large part be determined by the performance of its Individual members; and • WHEREAS, in order to fulfill all the responsibilities assigned to a board or commission satisfactorily, performance standards should be established and members reviewed annually; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Policy Relating to Orientation of Commissioners to City Advisory Commissions is amended to Include performance standards. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, We- following ie0 ow ng voted In favor t ereo Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, Neils, and Schneider e followini voted against or abstained; CouncIlmember Vasiliou Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
