Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a SpAgial meeting of the City Council
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2Ath day of dap'ya=19-aL.

Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85 - 102
APPROVING 1985 CIGARETTE LICENSE APPLICANTS
WHEREAS, application for approval of Cigarette Licenses have been received from
the parties listed below in accordance with Chapter SI, Section 1150.01 of the
City Code:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the Cigarette License applications from the parties listed below
be approved for the period of January 22, 1985, through December 31, 1985.

The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the fo ow ng voted

Mhereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
