Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City Council
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 28th day of January 1985 .
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,Councilmembers Crain,

Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85 - 101
APPROVING DISBURSEMENTS FOR THE PERIOD
ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1984
WHEREAS, a list of disbursements for the period ending December 31, 1984, was pre-
sented to the City Council for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the payment of the list of disbursements of the following funds is
approved:
First National Bank of Wayzata
General Fund
Construction Fund
Utilities Fund
Special Assessment Funds
• Bonds and Interest Payments
Metropolitan Bank Plymouth
Housing and Redevelopment Authority
Payroll Transfers - General
Payroll Transfers - HRA
GRAND TOTALS FOR ALL FUNDS
Above totals for the period ending December 31, 1984.

The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the fo ow ng voted

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
