Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the I day of December 1985.
The following members were present: Mayor Daven—ort, CouncilmdmbePSDriven-or--
Neils Schneider and Vasiliou
e following members were absent: none
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-1009
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A POLICY FOR FACILITATING
COMMUNICATIONS AMONG COUNCILMEMBERS AND BETWEEN THE COUNCIL AND CITY STAFF
WHEREAS, the Council has directed the City Manager to prepare a policy statement 'or
facilitating communications between Counclimembers and between the Council and staff;
and
WHEREAS, in a report dated December 16, 1985, the City Manager has proposed a policy
in accordance with Councildirection; and
WHEREAS, the Council deems the policy statement to be in accordance with their
desires;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
that it should, and hereby does, approve a policy for facilitating communications
among Councilmembers and between the Council and City staff as contained in the
Manager's December 16, 1985 memorandum.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, t e
following vote n favor thereof:

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
