Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a �Regular� meeting of the City Council o.
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 16th day of December 1985.
The following members were present:

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-1008
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF CONTRACT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH AND MEDICINE LAKE LINES
WHEREAS, the City Council by Resolution 83-232 authorized the execution of an
agreement between the City of Plymouth and Medicine Lake Lines known as "Agreement
for Operation and Management of the Plymouth Public Transportation System"; and
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Transportation has authorized the extension of
the Plymouth Public Transportation system through December 31, 1986.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, that it
should and hereby does authorize the execution of the "Agreement for Operation and
Management of the Plymouth Public Transportation System" for calendar year 1986.
FURTHER, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to execute the contract.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following Voted Ln favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, Neils,
Whereupon the Resolution was declared
