Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held onth-16th day of perember 19.

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 1007
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO
PUBLIC TRANSIT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM CONTRACT N0.63170
FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF COSTS ASSOCIATED WITW—
PLYMOUTH NETROLIW COSTS FOR CALENDAR YEAR 1996
WHEREAS, the City of Plympyth has.. operated the "Plymouth JWtrolink" Transit
Demonstration Program since July 1; 1983; and
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Transportation is the contract administrator for
the Plymouth Metrolink Transit Demonstration Program; and
WHERtkS, the Minnesota Department of Transportation will reimburse costs to the city
associated with the Plymouth Metrolink project in accordance with Contract No. � ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
that it should and hereby does authorize the Mayor and City Manager to execute Public
Transit Assistance Program Contract No. 63170 for calendar year 1996 with the
Minnesota Department of Transportation.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, e
