Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the=h day of December 1985.
The following mashers were present: Mayor Davenpor�ouncilmembers CF517,

Councilmember Schneider introduced the tMowing Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 1006
AUTHORIZING EXTENSION OF CONTRACT COMPLETION DATE WITH BRW INC. FOR UPDATING HOUSING
ELEMENT OF THE CITY'S COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
WHEREAS, The consulting firm of BRW, Inc. has been preparing an updated Housing Element
of the City's Comprehensive Plan as authorized by City Council Resolution No. 85-376,
In accordance with the Contract executed on June 12, 1985; and,
WHEREAS, the consultant has advised and the City staff has verified, that the Research
and Analysis Phase has required more time than anticipated and it is necessary
therefore to extend the completion date; and
WHEREAS, the update work has been authorized for funding with approved Community
Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does acknowledge and authorize the extension of
the completion date for the Housing Element Update for the City's Comprehensive Plan as
contracted with BRW, Inc., to March 3, 1986.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon rote being talose thereon, the

The followbM voted against or abstained: none
whereurpon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
