Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held onthe1 h day of December 1985.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenpo'7r-57rers Crain,
tie iIs, Schneider and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 1004
AUTHORIZING CITY MANAGER TO PROCEED WITH SALE
OF LAND IN THE PLYMOUTH PARKVIEW ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Manager, In his report dated December 13, has recommended
procedures for the sale of land in the Plymouth Parkview Addition, which land Is
deemed to be surplus to City needs; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed this procedure and deems it an appropriate
means by which to publicly dispose of said property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth
that the procedures outlined in the City Manager's memo of December 13, 1985 being
the same are hereby approved; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby directed to advertise the
availability of such land to the public and potential developers..
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken t ereon, t e
following vote n favor thereof: ayor Uavenport, Councilmembers Crain,
Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopte
