Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 16th day of December 1985.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain,

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 1003
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A LEASE AGREEMENT
FOR CITY CENTER EXPANSION SPACE
WHEREAS, since 1981 the City of Plymouth has leased approximately 1,540 square feet
of lower level office space to the Agricultural Extension Service; and
WHEREAS, during the course of that agreement the City has found the lease of this
lower level expansion space beneficial; and
WHEREAS, during 1986 it does not appear that the City will require use of this space:
and
WHEREAS, the Hennepin County Agricultural Extension Service has requested to lease
the space during calendar year 1986;
. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH.
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the Mayor and City Manager to
enter into a lease agreement between the City and Hennepin County Aqricultural
Extension Service for the lease of approximately 1,540 square feet of lower level
office space during calendar year 1986.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, M
ollowing voted In favor thereof: ayor avenport, Councilmembers Crain,
Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopte
