Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 21St day
of Januar 1985. The following members were present:

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 85- 90
ACCEPTING PETITION FOR GLEN ECHO PONDS 2ND ADDITION
STREET AND UTILITIES
PROJECT NO. 501
WHEREAS, the developer of Clen Echo Ponds 2nd Addition has submitted a petition
for the installation of a public street and utility improvements on Sycamore
Lane within the Glen Echo Ponds 2nd Addition; and
WHEREAS, the developer has waived his rights to public improvement hearings and
special assessment hearings on this improvement, the petitioner being the owner
of 1002 of the properties proposed to be assessed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the proposed improvement be referred to Bonestroo,
Rosene, Anderlik b Associates for study and that they are instructed to report
to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary
way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it
should beat be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement,
and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The report should be
considered along with Project No. 501.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof:.Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Crain. Neils.
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
