HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1985-089CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 21St day of January, , 1985. The following members were present: ayor avenpor Councilmembers Crain, Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou 10 The following members were absent: none art *** *** COuncilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 85- 89 ACCEPTING PETITION FOR SCHERER INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT STREET AND UTILITIES PROJECT NO. 503 WHEREAS, the rity Council under Resolution No. 84-743 has received a preliminary engineering report for the improvements as follows: a nine ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, drainage facilities, sanitary sewer and watermain and all necessary appurtenances on proposed 53rd Avenue North and County Road 18 frontage road and on proposed Nathan Lane from proposed 53rd Avenue to the north property line of Scherer Industrial Development (south line of Bass Lake Plaza Addition); and Rosewood Corporation has petitioned the City for watermain on County Road 18 frontage road; and WHEREAS, The City Council has set forth a public hearing date of February 4, 1985 to consider said improvements; and WHEREAS, the City has received a petition from Hermann Adelmann and Norbert Adelmann, owners of property on the west side of Nathan Lane north of 53rd Avenue; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the petition is received and placed on file to be considered with the public hearing on February 4, 1985. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by 10 Councilmember VasilioU , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
