HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1985-088CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 21St day . of Januar 1985. The following members were present, yor Davenport, ounce mem ers-Crain, Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou The following members were absent: none Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 85-88 RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT STREET LIGHTING - BASS LAKE FIGHTS 2ND AND 3RD ADDITIONS Pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted September 17, 1984, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Bass Lake Heights 2nd and 3rd Additions by the installation of residential street lights and this report was received by the Council on January 21, 1985; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the improvements. 2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted January 21, 1985. The petitioners have waived their right to a public hearing. 3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improve- ments. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Wright - Hennepin Electric Association. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
