Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 21St day of

January 1985. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,
_ Councilmembers Crain. Neils. Schneider. Vasiliou . The following members were
absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-87
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
18TH AVENUE IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT NO. 122
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following
changes to the 18th Avenue Improvement Contract for Project 122:
Add wood retaining wall along the north right-of-way line
opposite Evergreen Lane.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for the 18th Avenue Improvements Contract, Project
122 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RF'iOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
. YMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 for the 18th Avenue Improvements
• Contract, Project 122, by adding $1,184.00 is approved and the original
contract price of $349,168.70 is revised to $350,352.70.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
—Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, Neils,
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following votes against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
