Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
• Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 21St day of
January , 1985. The following members were presen7y0r DdvenpOrt,
ounce members Crain, Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou The following members were
absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-86
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 - PROJECTS 337, 414, 403 AND 412
HADLEY WOODS - PROJECT 403
COUNTY ROAD 18 - PROJECT 011
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 has been proposed for the following work:
Part A of this change order provides for excavation within the roadway
of Hadley Woods not completed by the developer as originally required
under the contract. Part B of this change order provides for casing
pipe under the Soo Line Railroad as required by their permit. The
following items are to be added to the contract.

Casing for Water Main
AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 3 in the amount of $4,215 is hereby
approved.

Total Part B - Project 011 3,240.00
TOTAL THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 ADD $ 4,215.00
Original Contract Amount $363,139.10
Previous Change Orders 1 and 2 86,550.55
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 ADD 4,215.00
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT $453,904.65
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
• Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Crain. Neils,
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following votes against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
