• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, areaular
meetingof the Cit Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st da y t Januarg 19�.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport. Councilm mharc rain- NPils.
Schneider and Vasiliou.
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85 - 75
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING RPUD NO. 84-2 LOT
CONSOLIDATIONS FOR ROGER FAZENDIN FOR "THE VILLAGES" (85001)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plan/Plat and Development Contract for
"The Villages" requested by Roger Fazendin through Resolution No. 84-251; and,
WHEREAS, certain lots may be consolidated to accommodate the construction of decks and
three season porches in accordance with said approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUT1i,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
. prior to recording future consolidations:
1. Yard setbacks per approved PUD Plan.
2. No Building Permits to be issued until the consolidation is filed and recorded
with Hennepin County.
3. Approval shall include the lot consolidations for the deck and/or porches subject
to approval by the City Planner who shall review submitted surveys of the lots
which indicate the legal descriptions; acid who shall determine what, if any,
adjustments and levies are necessary relative to assessments prior to filing the
consolidations with the County.
4. Approval is subject to applicable conditions of the Resolutions and Development
Contracts for "The Villages" RPUD 84-2. (83061)
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, CoLncilmamharc Crain N i15,,
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: nong
