HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1985-068CITY OF PLYMMM • Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day of January 1. 19BL-. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain. Neils. Schneider and Vasiliou The following members were absent: None Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 85- 68 APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION/DIVISION FOR PAUL WILSON, JR. FOR PROPERTY LOCATED NORTH- EAST OF 36TH AVENUE NORTH AND ZACHARY LANE, GONYEA'S THIRD ADDITION (RPUD 83-3) (84108) WHEREAS, Paul Wilson, Jr. has requested Lot Consolidation/Division of platted Lots 2 and 3, Block 1 of Gonyea's Third Addition (RPUD 83-3) into one lot for the purpose of redivision; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request and has recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following Consolidation and Division: . Lot 2 and Lot 3, GONYEA'S THIRD ADDITION, HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA To be consolidated into a single new parcel; and, To be divided as follows: PARCEL A The West 10.00 feet of Lot 2 and all of Lot 3, in Block 1, GONYEA'S THIRD ADDITION according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota. PARCEL B That part of Lot 2, Block 1, lying East of the West 10.00 feet thereof, GONYEA'S THIRD ADDITION according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the Consolidation is approved by Hennepin County. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favoi 'thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, Neils, . and Schneider. The following voted against or abstained: Councilmember Vasi iou Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
