HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1985-067CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 21St day • of Januar , 1985. The following members were presen�yor Davenport, Tounci mem ers train, Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou The following members were absent: none Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 85-67 ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS STREET LIGHTING - ORCHID LANE PARKERS LAKESIDE ADDITION WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council, adopted the 7th day of January 1985 fixed a date for a public hearing on the proposad improvement of Orchid Lane between 3rd Avenue and 8th Avenue by the installation of residential street lighting; and WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 21st day of January 1985, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution adopted January 21, 1985. 2. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall coordinate the work with the Northern States Power Company. The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in savor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
