Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a �f&atin4y; of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the day of _ January . 1585.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport_ Councilm mbers Crain, Neils.
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: None '
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 64
AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC SALE OF TAX FORFEIT
PARCELS FOR NON-PAYMENT OF REAL ESTATE TAXES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, has received f rom the
County of Hennepin a list of lands in said municipality which became the property of
the State of Minnesota for non-payment of real estate taxes; and
WHEREAS, each parcel of land described in said list has heretofore been classified by
the Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County, Minnesota, as non -conservation
land and the sale thereof has heretofore been authorized by said Board of County
Commissioners;
. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, acting pursuant to Minnesota Statute 282, that the said classification by
said Board of County Commissioners of each parcel of land described by Property
Identification Number as hereinafter listed as non -conservation land be and the same
Is hereby approved and that the sale of each such parcel of land be and the same is
hereby approved for:

The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was.duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vot n favor thereof: payor avenport, Councilmembers Crain, Neils,
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following voted against or absta one
Whereupon the Resolution -was declared duly passed and adopted.
