Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on�Fit a --7th day of January 19 8�

The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-63
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 84-55
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth adopted Resolution No. 84-55,
authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to enter into a Public Transit Assistance
Program Contract Number 61757 for reimbursement of costs associated with Plymouth
Metrolink for calendar year 1984; and
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Transportation is desirous of amending the
current contract in order that Plymouth Metrolink may operate for calendar year 1985
or portions thereof; and

WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Transportation requires verification of the City
Council's approval of said program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does amend Resolution No. 84-55 to authorize the
Mayor and City Manager to execute Public Transit Assistance Program Contract Number
61757 and amendments and deleting any reference to calendar year 1984.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon'
