Pursuant to due call and notice thereot, a regular meeting of the City Council Rf
the City of Plymouth, Niinesota, was held on the h day of January iy 85

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 62
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A LEASE AGREEMENT
FOR CITY CENTER EXPANSION SPACE
WHEREAS, since 1981 the City of Plymouth has leased approximately 1,540 square feet
of lower level office space to the Agricultural Extension Service; and
WHEREAS, during the course of that agreement the City has found the lease of this
lower level expansion space beneficial; and
WHEREAS, during the course of 1985 it does not currently appear that the City will
. require use of this space; and
WHEREAS, the Hennepin County Agricultural Extension Service has requested to lease
the space during calendar year 1985;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the Mayor and City Manager to
enter into a lease agreement between the City and Hennepin County Agricultural
Extension Service for the lease of approximately 1,540 square feet of lower level
office space during calendar year 1985 and one additional extension year if desired.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider and upon vote being taken t ereont e
