City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 85- 59
DESIGNATING DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE DIRECTOR
TO THE ELM CREEK WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City has been requested to appoint a Director and Alternate
Director to the Elm Creek Water Conservation District for 1985;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Fred Moore is hereby appointed as Director and Vern
Peterson as Alternate Director to the Elms Creek Water Conservation District for
a term expiring January 31, 1986.
