Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th
day of Januar , 19 85 The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, ounce mem ers Crain, eils, Schneider and Vasiliou

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 85-57
DESIGNATING CITY HEALTH OFFICER FOR 1985
WHEREAS, State Statute requires that a Health Officer for the City of Plymouth
be appointed for the year 1985;
NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Dr. Doug Lowin, 3007 Harbor Lane, Plymouth, be
appointd to act as Health Officer for the City of Plymouth for 1985.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon Weis
