Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th
day of January , 19 85 . The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Cram, Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 85-54
APPOINTING OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER FOR 1985
WHEREAS, Chapter II, Section 200.03(3) of the City Code provides that the
Council shall designate the official newspaper for the City of Plymouth for the
year 1985;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that
the Plymouth Post is hereby appointed as the official newspaper for the City of
Plymouth for 1985.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
