Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular_ meeting of the City Council
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of January 19Q�_.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Crain, Neils.

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85 -51
APPROVAL OF TARGET AND TRAP SHOOTING LICENSE
WHEREAS, application for a Target and Trap Shooting Range License application
has been received from the Plymouth Gun Club, Inc., 4955 Holly Lane No., in
accordance with Chapter IX, Section 930 of the City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that a Target and Trap Shooting Range License be approved
for the Plymouth Gun Club, Inc., 4955 Holly Lane No., Plymouth, (Minnesota, for a
period of one year from January 1, 1985, through December 31, 1985.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the fo ow ng Wolad
