Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th
day ofJanuarX, 19 85 . The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, Councimem ers Crain veils, Schneider and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-50
APPROVING BINGO PERMIT
ZACHARY LANE P.T.4.
WHEREAS, an application for a bingo permit has been received from Marian Vessey,
Zachary Lane P.T.A., pursuant to Chapter XI, Section 1105.29, Plymouth City
Code; and
WHEREAS, said permit is to be used in conjunction with the carnival to be held
on Friday, February 8, 1985 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.;
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, that a bingo permit is hereby approved for the Zachary Lane P.T.A. for
February 8 in conjunction with the carnival.
FURTHER, BE IT RESOLVED, that the fee be waived.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereo ayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, Neils,
Schneider and Vasiliou Thefo—of w ng

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and a opted.
