Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th
day of January , 19 85 The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Crain, Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou

Councilmember Neils__ introduced the following Resolution and moved
Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 48
APPROVING TAXI DRIVERS LICENSES
WHEREAS, applications for Taxi Drivers Licenses have been received for
consideration and approval by the Plymouth City Council in accordance with
Plymouth City Code, Chapter 1146; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted investigations of the applicants
and finds no reason to deny the licenses requested;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Taxi Drivers Licenses be approved for a period from
January 7, 1985 through December 31, 1985 for the attached list of applicants.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, Ne
following voted In favor thereof Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, Neils,
voted against or abstained:
