Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85 -46
APPROVING 1985 CIGARETTE LICENSE RENEWALS
WHEREAS, application for renewal of Cigarette Licenses have been received from the
parties listed below in accordance with Chapter SI, Section 1150.01 of the City
Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the Cigarette License applications from the parties listed below
be approved for the period January 1, 1985, through December 31, 1985.
