Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th
day of January , 19 85 The following members were
present: Mayor Davenoort, Councilmembers Crainr , Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-45
APPROVING WINE LICENSE RENEWAL FOR LATUFF'S PIZZERIA
WHEREAS, Michael J. Latuff has requested the renewal of a Wine License for
Latuff's Pizzeria, 11333 Highway 55; a,,d
WHEREAS, Mr. Latuff has met the requirements of Chapter XII, Subdivision 3 of
the Plymouth City Code; and
WHEREAS, the application has been reviewed and approved by the Police
Department;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
10 PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Council does hereby approve the renewal of a Wine
License for Latuff Is Pizzeria effective February 1, 1985 to expire January 31,
1980.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cnuncilmpmber r , and upon vote being taken thereon, tTie
