P Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _ regular meeting of the

RESOLUTION NO. 85- 43
APROVING SUNDAY SALE LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWALS
WHEREAS, applications for renewal of Sunday Sale Liquor Licenses have been
received by the City from:
Radisson Inn Plymouth
2705 Annapolis Lane
Holiday Inn Plymouth
3000 Harbor Lane
J. P. Mulligan's
3005 Harbor Lane
In accordance with Chapter XII, Section 1200.21, Plymouth City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor Licenses be approved
for a period effective February 1, 1985 through January 31, 1986.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, tRe
following voted in favor thereof:-- Mor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, Neils,
