Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the = day of January . 1985.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, ; Councilmembers Crain, Is, —
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-41
AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS PARK TO EXCHANGE INFORMATION RELATIVE
TO DEVELOPMENT ADJACENT TO BETTY CROCKER DRIVE
WHEREAS, development adjacent to Betty Crocker Drive is proposed in the Cities of
Plymouth and St. Louis Park; and,
WHEREAS, the development of this area is of mutual concern to both municipalities
Inasmuch as the capacity of streets and highways, and traffic safety may be affected;
and,
•WHEREAS, orderly development of this area, including street design and traffic
Improvements would be prompted through an exchange of information between the Plymouth
and St. Louis Park city staffs,
THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the administrative staff to forward
to the City of St. Louis Park copies of all site plans and amendments, plats, and
traffic studies submitted with applications for plan and permit approval, hearing
notices, minutes of public meetings, and, other public documents pertinent to the
development in Plymouth adjacent to Betty Crocker Drive.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor thereof: enport, Councilmembers Crain, Neils,
Schneider and Vasiliou
