HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1985-035CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day IDof January , 1985. The following members were presen�or Davenport, out ncilmen eersCrain, Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou The following members were absent: None Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 85- 35 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND THE VILLAGES ADDITION (83061) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated April 18, 1984, Roger A. Fazendin, Margaret C. Fazendin, Daniel C. Fazendin and Lynn M. Fazendin, developer of The Villages Addition (83061), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT Street Construction $ 61,000 Sanitary Sewer 104,000 Watermain 39,000 Storm Sewer 10,000 Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod 6,000 Pond or Ditch Construction -0- Street Signs 150 Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning 2,000 Park and Trail Improvements -0- Site Grading and Drainage Improvements 40,000 Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan 2,000 Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts 31,698 TOTAL NEW AMOUNT $15,250 20,800 7,800 2,000 4,500 -0- 150 2,000 -0- 8,000 2,000 7,500 $295,848 $70,000 That the letter of credit required be reduced from $295,848 to $70,000 to reflect the completed work. ,The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by . Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, CouncilmembersCrain, Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
