Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day
of January , 1985. The following members were present: Mayor Davenvort,
Councilmembers Crain. Neils. Schneider and Vasiliou
. The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-32
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND - SILVERTHORNE ADDITION ,62052)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated September 12, 1983,
Raymond L. Laurent and Jeanne A. Laurent, developer of Silverthorne Addition
(82052), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to
reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:
Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer
Cleaning
Maintenance of Erosion and
Sediment Control Plan
Site Grading and Drainage Improvements
Park and Trail Improvements
Design, Administration, Inspection,

That the letter of credit required be reduced from $152,699 to $42,521 to
reflect the completed work for the public improvements, and from $291,592 to
$95,816 to reflect the completed work for the private improvements.
FURTHER, BE IT RESOLVED, that the sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer
construction identified on the "as -built" drawings as public improvements (all
lying within the public right-of-way) is accepted as of January 7, 1985 for
continual maintenance subject to the one year guarantee by the developer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, Neils,
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
