Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Reaular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day of
danuary , 1985. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,
1b Councilmemhers Crain, Neils. Schneider and Vacilliou
The following members were absent: alone
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 20
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT
WOODLANDS ADDITION, PHASE "A" - STRLET AND UTILITIES
PROJECT NO. 518
WHEREAS, the developers of Woodlands Addition, Phase "A", have petitioned the
City to install a 7 ton bituminous streets with concrete curb and gutter, drain-
age facilities, sanitary sewer, watermain and all necessary appurtenances on
streets within the Woodlands Addition, Phase "A", and said petition as filed
with the Council on January 7, 1985, is hereby declared to be signed by the
required percentage of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in
conformity to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035; and
WHEREAS, property benefited by such improvements will be assessed for all or a
portion of the cost nf such improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section
429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953 Chapter 398, as amended); and

WHEREAS, the developers have waived their right to a public hearing;
NOW, THERE -ORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the proposed improvements be referred to Bonestroo,
Rosen, Anderlik 6 Associates for study and that the engineers be instructed to
report to the City Council with all convenient speed by advising the Council in
a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to
whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other
improvement, and the estimated costs of such an improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain,
Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained:, None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
