HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1985-027CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day of Januar , 1985. The following members were presen�or Davenport Counci mem ers Train, Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou _ The following members were absent: None Councilmember Neils introduced th,- following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 85.27 CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT 416 COUNTY ROAD 61 FROM BASS LAKE WOODS ADDITION TO PINEVIEW LANE STREET AND UTILITIES WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the City Coun,:�:l adopted October 22, 1984, a report has been prepared by Strgar-Roscoe, Inc. with respect to the improvement of the County Road 61 from the south line of Bass Lake Woods Addition to Pineview Lane; and WHEREAS, the proposed protect includes installation of sanitary sewer, watermair, storm .sewer, concrete curb and gutter, asphalt road and all Necessary appurtenances (the street to be on the east one half of the 52 foot wide, 9 ton, minor arterial street); and WHEREAS, said report was received by the City Council on January 7, 1985; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such area in accordance with the report and the assessment of benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws of 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $831,371. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 4th day of February 1985 in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard at 7:30 p.m., and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvements as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by ' Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, Neils Schneider and Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. ,tit* +k,kyk ihrkt�r
