The following members were present: Maw or Davpnpnrt, Councilmembers Crain. Neils_ Schneider and Vasiliou The following members were absent: None _Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8:-•25 CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT 503 STREET AND UTILITIES - SCHERER INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT WHERF�tiS, pursuant to resolution of the City Council adopted October 15, 1984, a report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates with respect to the improvements of proposed 53rd Avenue north of County Road 18 frontage road to proposed Nathan Lane, and on proposed Nathan Lane from proposed 53rd Avenue North to the north property line of Scherer Industrial Development (south line of Bass Lake Plaza Addition), and watermain on County Road 18 frontage road north and south of 53rd Avenue; and WHEREAS, the report was received by the Council on January 7, 1985; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: • 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such area in accordance with the report and the assessment of benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws of 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $1,087,142.00. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 4th day of February 1985 in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard at 7:30 p.m., and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvements as required by law.
