HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1985-019CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular _ meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the7th day . of January , 1985. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Crain. Neils. Schneider and Vasiliou The following members were absent: None Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 85-19 RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT STREET LIGHTING - PILGRIM UNITED METHODIST CHURCH Pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted January 7, 1985, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Pilgrim United Methodist Church by the installation of residential street light at 4325 Zachary Lane and this report was received by the Council on January 7, 1985; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the improvements. 2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution • adopted January 7, 1985. The petitioners have waived their right to a public hearing. 3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improve- ments. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power Company. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain. Neils. Schneider and Vasiliou Tne Yollowing voted against or abstained: Nor Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pass and adopted.
