Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 16
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 1985 TRAIL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has an approved Capital Improvements Program,
and
WHEREAS, the 1985 Capital Improvements Program allocates $60,000 for trail
improvement projects, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has reviewed and
approved a program of seven trail projects as outlined on Exhibit I,
dated December 13, 1984, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and approved said trail improvement
projects,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the 1985 trail improvement projects as outlined
on Exhibit I, dated December 13, 1984, are hereby approved, and further,
the Director of Finance is aL'iorized to transfer $60,000 from the Park
Dedication Fund (218-218-965) to the Construction Fund (401-000-501)
to be used for these projects during 1985.
