The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
PESOLUTION NO. 85- 13
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR MT. OLIVET LUTHERAN CHURCH
(82037)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Mt. Olivet Lutheran Church located at 12235 County Road 9, was
approved under City Council Resolution No. 82-474; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a Bond in the amount of $16,350.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends release of the Bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RES0LVE4 BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Bond No.
400GQ9561 in the amount of $16,350.00 which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Mt. Olivet Lutheran Church located at 12235 County Road 9.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider ,and upon vote being taken thereon, the
followingvoted In favor thereof: yor Uavenport, Councilmembers Crain, Neils,
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: None
