Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the t day of January . 1985.

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-11
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR DAILY PRINTING (A-780)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Daily Printing located at the southeast corner of 23rd Avenue
North and Fernbrook Lane, was approved under City Council Resolution No. 84-547; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a Letter of Bond in the amount of $57,000.00 and,
WHEREAS, ufton notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends :eduction of the Bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the reduction of the Bond No. XCN
923449 in the amount of $57,000.00 which was submitted to guarantee site improvements
for Daily Printing for property located at the southeast corner of 23rd Avenue No�!th
and Fernbrook Lane, to $10,000.00.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
followingvoted n favor thereof: —mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, Neils,
Schneider and Vasiliou
