• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of January . 1985.

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 8
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITF PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR DEAN JOHNSON CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY (79018)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Dein Johnson Construction Company for Creekside of Plymouth
1st Addition, located south or County Road 9 and Polaris Lane, was approved under City
Council Resolutio►i No. 82-476; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a Letter of Credit in the amount of $24,000.00 and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends reduction of the Letter of Credit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the reduction of the Letter of
Credit No. 251 in the amount of $24,000.00 which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Dean Johnson Construction Company for property located south of County
Road 9 and Polaris Lane, to $4,300.00.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: ayor avenport, Councilmembers Neils, Crain,
Schneider and Vasiliou
