Pursuant to due call and not.fce thereof, a Regular meetinN of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held onthe nth day of January . 1985.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, NFils —
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION 85-5
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR BANNER ENGINEERING FOR BANNER ADDITION (84102)
WHEREAS, Banner Engineering has requested approval of a Preliminary Plat for two lots
on property located south of the Minneapolis Industrial Railrozd, east of Nathan Lane
and north of Banner Engineering at 9714 10th Avenue North.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Preliminary Plat for two lots
for Banner Engineering, subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expense.
3. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with the
Dedication Policy in effect at the time of issuance of Building Permit for Lot
2, Block 1, Banner Addition.
4. No yard setbacks are granted or impl+ed.
5. Development of Lot 2, Block 1, Banner Addition, is subject to Ordinaricn required
Site Plan review.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: mayor avenport, Councilmember Crain, Neils,
Schneider and Vasiliou
