Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held onthe /th day of January . 1985.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenporff cilmembers Crain, ls,--
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following members were absent:

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85- 3
DENYING VARIANCES FROM THE SUBDIVISION CODE FOR DIVISION OF EXISTING PLATTED LOT FOR
DONALD PASCHKE (84099)
WHEREAS, Donald Paschke has requested approval of a Variance fi,,m the Subdivision Code
for division of existing platted land to divide a 104,000 sq. ft. parcel located at 700
Harbor Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission and considered the request and recommends denial;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE C TY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that they should and hereby do deny the request by Donald Paschke for a
Variance from the Subdivision Code for division of land based on the following:
1. That the Variance is not necessary for reasonable use of this property.
2. Satisfaction of Variance Criteria was not demonstrated.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain ,and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Councilmember Schneider, Crain and Vasiliou

■hereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
