Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of Januar . 1985. The following members were present: Mayor DavenporT—,T—oUncilmembers Crain, Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou The following members were abso-t: None Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 85- 2 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR NORTHWEST BUSINESS CAMPUS SEVENTH ADDITION FOR PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF AMERICA (80062) (PUD NO. 81-1) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat for Northwest Business Campus Seventh Addition for Prudential Insurance Company of America; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to re- cording of, and related to said plat: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with City Pol- icy in effect at the time of issuance of Building Permit for Lot 1, Block 1. 3. Removal of all dead or dying trees from thL property at the owner's expense. 4. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City Eng- ineer prior to filing the Final Plat. 5. No Building Permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with Hennepin County. 6. The Final Plat mylars shall contain a statement noting that the plat is part of the approved MPUD 81-1 per Section 9 of the Zoning Ordinance. 7. Outlot A is subject to development consistent with approved MPUD Plan and required Ordinance reviews. Specifically, Resolution No.'s 81-89 and 81-281. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Crain, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: you avenport, Councilmembers Crain, Neils, Schneider and Vasiliou The o owing voted aga nst orabstained: one Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
