Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of January . 1985.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilm m6ers Crain, Neils,
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 85-1
AP!'ROVING MPUD FINAL PLAT FOR PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY FOR NORTHWEST BUSINESS
CAMPUS SEVENTH ADDITION (80062) (MPUD 81-1)
WHEREAS, Prudential Insurance Company has requested approval of a Final Plat for one
lot and outlot located southwest of Annapolis Circle and Campus Drive, and north of
Highway 55; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the MPUD Final Plat for Prudential
Insurance for Northwest Business Campus Seventh Addition for one lot and outlot
. located southwest of Annapolis Circle and Campus Drive, and north of Highway 55.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Council maiber Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereo-s Councilmembers Crain Neils
Schneider and Vasiliou
The following voted against or absta`nNone
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
