Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
. 17th day of December , 19 8q. The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, Moen, Neils and Schneider.
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84-399
APPROVING NO PARKING SIGN INSTALLATION
WATER TOWER CIRCLE/16TH AVENUE FROM COUNTY ROAD 6 TO HIGHWAY 55
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Director of Public Works that for the
safety of the public No Parking signs should be placed on both sides of Water
Tower Circle/ kith Avenue from County Road 6 to Highway 55;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that No Parking signs shall be placed on both sides of the
following street:
Water Tower Circle/16th Avenue from County Road 6 to Highway 55
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, Moen,
Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
