Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City
. Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 17th day
of December _, 1984. The following members were present: Mayor Dayenoort,
Councilmember_Crain. Moen, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved
Tis adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 896
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
HERITAGE WEST ADDITION (84022)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated September 11, 1984,
Heritage West, It,c. developer of Heritage West Addition (84022), has agreed to
install certain improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the ceveloper has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to
reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

Sanitary Sewer
Watermain
Storm Sewer
Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod
Pond or Ditch Construction
Street Signs
Street weeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning
Park and Trail Improvements
Site Grading and Drainage Improvements
Maintenance of Erosion and
Sediment Control Plan
Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts

That the letter of credit required be reduced from $121,968 to $65,184 to
reflect the completed work.
' The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
