HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-895CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Runlar meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 17t day of December , 1984. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, Moen, Neils and Schneider The following members were absent: Councilor mb r Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 895 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND STEEPLECHASE ADDITION (84047) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated July 17, 1984, Lundgren Bros. Construction, Inc., developer of Steeplechase Addition (84047), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM Street Construction Sanitary Sewer Watermain Storm Sever Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod Pond or Ditch Construction Street Signs Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning Park and Trail Improvements Site Grading and Drainage Improvements Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts TOTAL ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT $116,198 $ 46,758 81,600 16,320 69,900 13,980 46,300 9.260 10,800 10,800 -0- -0- 750 750 2,000 2,000 3,200 3,200 46,500 9,300 2,000 2,000 41,982 13,724 $421,230 $128,092 That the letter of credit required be reduced from $421,230 to $128,092 to reflect the completed work. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by _Cnuncilm mh r Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, Moen, Npils and Schneider The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
