Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, Was held ons e 17th day of

Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved
itsadoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 894
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
FOX RUTS ADDITION (82066)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated October 12, 1983,
Lundgren Bros. Construction, Inc., developer of Fox Run Addition (82066), has
agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to
reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the bonding requireT�ents are reduced as follows:

That the letter of credit required be reduced from $91,356 to $44,644 to reflect
the completed work.

• FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer
construction is accepted as of December 17, 1984 for the continual maintenance
subject to the one year guarantee by the developer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain,
Mo n_ Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None '
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. ___
