HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-891CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due cell and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 17th day of December , 1984. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, • Councilmembers Crain_ Moen. Neils and Schneider The following members were absent: None Councilmemher Mnpn introduced the following Resolution and moved irs adoptit a: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 891 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND DEERHAVEN SECOND ADDITION (81011) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated January 25, 1982, Lowry Hills Construction, Inc., developer of Deerhaven Second Addition (81011), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a rediccion of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT • Street Construction (Public) $ 53,000 S 5,300 Street Construction (Private) 25,600 2,560 Sanitary Sever 80,440 -0- Watarmain 54,700 -0- Storm Emwer 21,400 -0- Boulevart; and Drainage Swale Sod 8,800 7,500 Pond or Ditch Construction -0- -0- Street Sign:• 300 300 Street Sweeping and Storm Sever Cleaning 2,000 1,000 Park and Trail Improvements 11,000 5,000 Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan 5,000 2,000 Site Grading and Drainage Improvements 45,000 4,500 Design, Administration, Inspection, AsBuilts 36,869 3,379 TOTAL $344,109 $ 31,539 That the letter of credit required be reduced from $100,218 to $31,539 to reflect the completed work. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by . Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, Moen, Neils and Schneider The following voted against or abstained: None Mhreupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
