HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-887CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 17th day of December , 19 84. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers rain, Moen, Neils and Schneider The following members were a sent: None Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84 - 887 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND DEERWOOD ESTATES ADDITION (A-784) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated July 2, 1981, Parklands Development, developer of Deerwood Estates Addition (A-784), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Street Construction $100,672 Sanitary Sewer 98,596 Watermain 52,533 Storm Sewer 27,302 Boulevard Sod 9,200 Pond or Ditch Construction 7,000 Street Signs 600 Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning 2,000 Maintenance of Erosion and Se-4iment Control Plan 2,000 Site Grading and Drainage Imprc,vements 57,000 Park and Trail Improvements -0- Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts 42,828 TOTAL $ 10,067 9,860 5,253 2,730 -0- -0- -0- 1,000 -0- -0- -0- 3,469 $399,731 $ 32,379 That the letter of credit required be reduced from $73,184 to $32,379 to reflect the completed work. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Crain, Moen, Neils. and SrhnPidpr The following voted against or abstained: _None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
